Debbie's Ivy Garden is locally owned and operated. Mimi and her staff go out of their way to make sure that your floral and gift experience are of the utmost quality in customer service and product. They are committed to offering only the finest in floral arrangements and gifts, backed by service that is friendly and prompt. Whether it is flowers, gift baskets, or a unique item found in the shop, the owner and staff go out of their way to make sure the perfect gift is created and delivered for you. The shop is located near both local funeral homes and the hospital and has a good working relationship with all three. Out of town customers are treated just like they are shopping in the store locally. If you have questions before ordering, just call to speak to a designer directly who will gladly help you with your order.

Our shop is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. NOTE: in case of emergency (funeral or wedding ceremony) we can make arrangements to fulfill your needs on Sundays or after-hours, for an additional fee. Please call us for details.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least one day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. Our shop is closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day Father’s Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

A local delivery fee of approximately $5.00 will be added to each order, for each address. For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary. Domestic orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Same-Day Delivery
Same day delivery is possible in most areas during non-holiday periods if the order is placed by 2PM, Monday through Friday, by 12PM on Saturday, in the time zone of the recipient. We will notify you if delivery is not possible as requested.

Time Deliveries
We would also be happy to honor requests for specific time deliveries namely AM, PM or by a specific time in the afternoon, such as by 4:00 PM., if the order is placed 24 hours in advance. We will diligently endeavor to meet your special delivery requests; however, in some cases, delivery may not be possible by the requested time due to circumstances beyond our control. Also, in general, we are unable to accommodate specific times during the two-day period prior to and including the major floral holidays: Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Sweetest Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Sunday and Holiday Deliveries
Delivery service is often not available in many areas on Sundays or legal holidays. So, while every effort will be made to accommodate such deliveries when possible, items requested for delivery on a Sunday or legal holiday may have to be delivered the day before or the day after the date requested.

Note about Customized Gift Baskets shipping
We ship our custom-designed gift baskets (with no perishable items) anywhere in the continental United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), as well as internationally. Note that we also ship to most APO, FPO, AE, Guam and most US Territories' addresses, usually either via UPS or USPS. Shipping charges are based on the actual weight, size, and destination of the package.
